END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

  • By using Ultra Speed VPN application, you are agreeing to these END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
  • You agree to use Ultra Speed VPN application only for lawful purposes and to comply with laws of countries you are calling from and to
  • MAXA GLOBAL LP , reserves the right to terminate or remove any account without notice if it determines in its sole discretion that this account was used for illegal activity
  • MAXA GLOBAL LP , can not be held responsible for the actions of any person that accesses the service through the registered phone number
  • You are responsible for checking all applicable rates before using recording service
    • Use 'Deactivate Account' option in 'Settings'->'Account Settings' to delete your account
    • You can view, change, or cancel Ultra Speed VPN subscription in your iTunes Account Settings
  • MAXA GLOBAL LP , reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion for any reason
  • YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. MAXA GLOBAL LP , DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO THE MERCHANTABILITY, TECHNICAL COMPATIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY SERVICE, PRODUCTS OR MATERIAL PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MAXA GLOBAL LP , DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE LEGALITY OF THE USE OF ANY OF THE Ultra Speed VPN APP SERVICES IN ANY PARTICULAR STATE OR IN ANY COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
  • IN NO EVENT SHALL MAXA GLOBAL LP , BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE Ultra Speed VPN APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ALLEGEDLY ARISING FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS, DEFECTS AND/OR ERRORS IN TRANSMITTING, RECEIVING, ORIGINATING, TERMINATING AND/OR DELIVERING TELEPHONE CALLS. MAXA GLOBAL LP , SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUES, EVEN IF MAXA GLOBAL LP , HAS BEEN SPECIFICALLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MAXA GLOBAL LP , SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS, OR YOUR DIFFICULTY IN ACCESSING, ITS SERVICE THROUGH TOLL OR LOCAL ACCESS NUMBERS. IN NO EVENT SHALL MAXA GLOBAL LP , BE LIABLE FOR ANY TOLL CHARGES YOU MAY INCUR IN USING A LOCAL ACCESS NUMBER. MAXA GLOBAL LP , SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR INFORMATION OFFERED OR PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY VENDORS AND ACCESSED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, THE APPLICATION OR BY ANY OTHER MEANS. YOU ALSO SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MAXA GLOBAL LP , IS NOT LIABLE FOR COSTS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PRIVATE OR GOVERNMENTAL LEGAL ACTIONS RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE Ultra Speed VPN APPLICATION SERVICES IN ANY COUNTRY.
  • These END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. MAXA GLOBAL LP makes no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.
  • You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service.
